Privacy policy
Short version: your information books your appointment and nothing else. Long version below.
What we collect
When you book, join the waitlist or write to us, we receive the details you type: name, contact information, requested service and dates, and anything you add in message fields. If you buy from the shop, checkout additionally processes your order, shipping and payment details through our secure payment provider — card numbers never touch our servers.
How we use it
To confirm, remind and manage your appointments; to reply to enquiries; to fulfil shop orders; and — only if you ask — to send occasional studio news. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers strictly needed to run the studio (booking, payments, delivery).
Photos
Brow photos you send for correction quotes or healing checks are used only for your care, unless you give written consent for portfolio or education use. You can withdraw that consent any time.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information at hello@petalthreadbrowroom.com and we will act within 30 days. California residents: this page is our notice under the CCPA — we collect the categories above and disclose them only as described.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version appears here with a new effective date. Effective: January 2026.
